Nexus Global EU is a division of Blacktower Financial Management (Cyprus) Limited (BFMCL) and Blacktower Insurance Agents & Advisors Ltd (BIAAL). The financial advisers trading under St. James Global are appointed representatives of Blacktower Financial Management (Cyprus) Limited (BFMCL) which is regulated by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CySEC) - Licence No. 386/20; andBlacktower Insurance Agents & Advisors Ltd (BIAAL) which is licensed by the Insurance Companies Control Service (ICCS) - Licence No. 5101.

International:  

The financial advisers trading under St. James Global are members of Nexus Global (IFA network). Nexus Global is a division of Blacktower Financial Management (International) Limited (BFMI). All approved members of Nexus Global are appointed Representatives of BFMI. BFMI is licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (FSC) and bound by the rules under licence number 03647

Complaints Procedure:

It is important that we hear any concerns you have regarding the services we offer. Should you have any complaint we ask that inform Nexus Global Head office in the first instance.  Head office will then review and make contact with the relevant office. If you have already spoken to someone regarding your complaint, please include their name in your correspondence as this will assist in your complaint being answered more promptly.
