OPES Spain, is an international pension plan established in Guernsey in 2005 and offers flexible, personal pension planning opportunities primarily to members who are British expatriate tax residents in Spain. Initial tax and legal opinion was obtained from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, a leading UK and European law firm. After its launch the plan was awarded Best Wealth Management Solution by Portfolio International in 2006.
